Right to Work States


Wisconsin & Ohio have already passed bills limmiting Collective Bargaining, here is a list of States that have voted to pass similar legislation.
Florida, Kentucky, Main, Massachusettes, Tennessee and more Threatening to Follow.   That would make 29 of our 50 States Right to Work States.
 
 
Right to Work States:
A Right to Work law secures the right of employees to decide for themselves whether or not to join or financially support a union. However, employees who work in the railway or airline industries are not protected by a Right to Work law, and employees who work on a federal enclave may not be.
